Women’s Volleyball Earns 2 All Conference Awards

This week the ACAC announced the All-Conference award winners for Volleyball.  The Rustlers women's volleyball team received two selections.

Third -year Outside hitter Jenay Varga had another excellent season for the Rustlers finishing the season off first in  the Conference in total kills with 229 and amassed 122 digs and 45 serve aces.  Varga is a key component to the Rustlers success.  The Muenster, Saskatchewan, student-athlete is enrolled in the Bachelor of General Studies program at Lakeland.

Also selected to the team is fourth year, Kaylie Lueck, as one of the top middles in the Conference.  Lueck finished the season with 68  kills, 24 stuff blocks and 36 serve aces.  Lueck's veteran leadership has continued to steady the Rustler team.  Lueck hails from Regina, Saskatchewan, and is enrolled in the Bachelor of Education program at Lakeland .
